Manage Subscription

You can view and manage your Send It Secure subscription — payment methods, invoices, and your plan — from the Subscription page in your Dashboard.

Steps to manage your subscription

You must be an administrator to cancel your organization's subscription.

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Navigate to https://app.protectedtrust.com/dashboard and sign in
  3. On the Dashboard, select Subscription Selecting Subscription on the Dashboard
  4. The Subscription page displays for your review Subscription page

What you can do on the Subscription page

  • Add Payment Method — add a new card or payment method (+).
  • Delete a payment method — remove an old payment method (X).
  • View invoices — review your billing history.
  • Update or Cancel Plan — change your plan, or cancel your subscription.
