Outlook Add-in Upgrade

Upgrade the Send It Secure for Windows app (which includes the Outlook Add-in) to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and bug fixes. 

  • Prerequisites:
    • Recommended Windows 10 or higher (Windows XP and Server 2003 are not supported)
    • .NET 4.7.2 or higher is installed and that ASP.NET is enabled
    • TLS 1.2 is enabled for the OS
    • Recommended Outlook 2016 or higher (Outlook 2003 is not supported)

Steps to upgrade Outlook Add-in

  1. Verify the version that is currently installed: see Outlook Add-in versions
  2. If you are troubleshooting an issue, it may be helpful to uninstall the currently installed version before upgrading: How to Uninstall the Outlook Add-in
