Which software does it work with?
Almost anything that can send email — practice-management, EHR/EMR, financial, legal, and line-of-business apps. If it can send through a default mail client or by SMTP, it very likely works. Ask us and we'll confirm.

Is it HIPAA and GLBA compliant?
Yes. Messages and attachments are encrypted in transit and at rest, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every client.

Does the recipient need an account or software?
No. They open your secure message in a browser on any device, verify, and can view, download, and reply — nothing to install.
