Add Send It Secure as a safe sender in Gmail
When you have a secure message, Send It Secure emails you a notification from no-reply@protectedtrust.com. If Gmail filters those into Spam, adding that address to your Google contacts tells Gmail to treat it as trusted — so future notifications land in your inbox.
Add us as a contact
- Go to gmail.com and sign in.
- Select the Google apps icon (the grid) in the upper-right corner, then choose Contacts.
- In the upper-left, select Create contact.
- Enter the contact details:
- First name: Protected
- Last name: Trust
- Email:
no-reply@protectedtrust.com
- Select Save.
If a notification already landed in Spam
Open your Spam folder, open the Send It Secure notification, and select Report not spam. Gmail will move it to your inbox and is less likely to filter future ones.
Tip: even if a notification is delayed or filtered, you can always sign in at app.protectedtrust.com to read your secure messages from your Inbox.
