For recipients, registration is never required — secure messages open in just a click. Verification is flexible, too: senders can select the method — a shared secret, a phone code (SMS or voice), or none — or let recipients choose the option that works best for them. They can view, download, and reply from any device at no cost, which means fewer questions and less support overhead for you.

Give senders complete control over every message. Revoke access at any time — even after a message has been opened — for a single recipient or for everyone at once, so a message sent to the wrong person never becomes a leak. Set messages to expire automatically after a chosen period, get notified the moment a message is opened, and apply organization-wide message policies to keep controls consistent across every user.

A real-time Proof of Delivery Log shows who opened each message and when. Senders have on-demand access to delivery and compliance logs as part of their everyday workflow — confirm receipt, help recipients who have questions, and demonstrate compliance without extra effort, saving time and money.

Single Sign-On with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SAML/AD FS lets users sign in with the credentials they already have — no extra passwords to manage. Administrators control users and roles from a central console, and directory sync keeps accounts current, streamlining onboarding as teams grow.

Outlook Add-in, secure web portal, and SMTP service — so you can connect most business apps, including EHR and practice management systems, and send secure messages directly from the software your clients already use.
