Are my recipients required to register?
Our standard recipient verification options include Shared Secret (Question and Answer), Phone, and No Verification. None of these options require a recipient to register.
There are some use cases where we do require recipients to register but that is still your choice, as the sender. The most frequent use case where we require recipients to register is if you are sending messages through our SMTP Service.
