With Protected Trust, you can:

  • Send referrals and x-rays to other healthcare providers directly from Dentrix G5
  • Secure all communications from Microsoft Outlook
  • Easily print to PDF from many Windows applications

How to Set Up

1) Download and install Protected Trust for Windows

  • If you are using a desktop version of Outlook, DO NOT check the box to “Make Protected Trust my default mail client”.
  • If you are not using Outlook, please check the box to “Make Protected Trust my default mail client”. See the screenshot below.
