With Send It Secure, you can customize the branding that shows to your recipients and users in your organization. Once your uploaded company logo and name are approved by Protected Trust staff, it will display on the web portal and message notifications.
Before uploading your logo, please note our requirements for your custom branding logo:
- Logo image must have white or transparent background
- Max size: 320px by 60px
- Must be a .png for .jpg file
Steps to submit a custom logo and company name
- Open a web browser
- Navigate to https://app.protectedtrust.com/Dashboard
- Click the Customization button on the Dashboard
Enter or ensure the correct Organization is entered in the Organization Name field
Click the Choose File button and select the logo file on your computer.
Once your organization name is correct and your logo is selected, click Submit Branding Request
Note: Your custom logo will not appear on the portal or be used for message notifications until a member of the Protected Trust support team approves your custom branding. Requests are typically approved within 1 business day.
