Custom Branding Setup

With Send It Secure, you can customize the branding your recipients and users see. Once your company logo and organization name are approved by our team, your logo appears:

  • On the web portal when you and your users are signed in
  • In notification emails
  • On the web portal when a recipient opens and views a message you've sent

Logo requirements

  • White or transparent background
  • Max size: 320px by 60px
  • Must be a .png or .jpg file

Admin only. You must be an administrator to submit a custom branding logo.

Submit your logo & company name

  1. Go to app.protectedtrust.com/Dashboard and sign in.
  2. Click Customization on the Dashboard.

  3. In the Organization Name field, enter or confirm your organization name.
  4. Click Choose File and select your logo.
  5. When the name and logo are correct, click Submit Branding Request.

Your logo won't appear on the portal or in notifications until our support team approves it — requests are typically approved within 1 business day.
