If you need an export of the message data for a user, please make a request to our support team.
You can submit your request using the the contact form at https://www.senditsecure.com/contact. Please enter "Message Data Export" in the subject field so that we can properly route your request.
Note: The best way to ensure that you have all of your data, if you choose to cancel your account, is to utilize our Journaling feature throughout the life of your account.
